INTRODUCTION
The Art Therapists’ Association Singapore was established in 2008. Its primary role is to promote the profession of art therapy and support the art therapy practitioners in Singapore.

To further develop and define and professional practice of Art Therapy in Singapore by:
Mission
Art Therapists' Association Singapore is the membership group for qualified and registered art psychotherapists practicing in Singapore. It is run by its members for its members with the intention of promoting and supporting the development of art therapy in Singapore through the monitoring and regulation of art therapist's ethical standards of practice, education and networking.

Objective
To further develop and define and professional practice of Art Therapy in Singapore by:
- Providing a reference point for networking and with Art Therapists, students of Art Therapy and other disciplines related to the field locally and internationally, in order to encourage and facilitate on-going support, professional development, education and research.
- Promoting an approach to Art Therapy in Singapore which is ethically sound, clinically credible, adhering to best practices locally and internationally, and remains culturally sensitive.
- Maintaining a roll of Art Therapists practicing in Singapore.
